Terms of Service

1. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

2. A deposit may be required before work begins. The balance is due on completion unless payment terms have been agreed in advance.

3. We aim to complete all work within the timeframe quoted. Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, supply issues, access) will be communicated promptly.

4. Any additional work beyond the original quote will be agreed in writing before it is carried out.

5. We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or third parties.

6. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

7. We are fully insured. Copies of our insurance documentation are available on request.

8. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
